অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় উচ্চতর ডিগ্রি নিতে টিউশন ফি লাগবে না। এছাড়া বর্ষিক লিভিং এলাউন্স হিসেবে পাবেন ২০ লাখ টাকার উপরে। আবেদনের জন্য বিস্তারিত দেওয়া হল:
Course Level : University of Adelaide-এ মাস্টার্স অথবা ডক্টরাল।

Study Subject : যেকোন বিষয়ে পড়াশোনা করা যাবে।

আবেদনের শেষ সময় : আবেদন করা যাবে ৩১ অগাস্ট, ২০১৬ এর মধ্যে।

যা পাবেন : টিউশন ফি (মাস্টার্সের জন্য দুই বছর আর ডক্টরালের জন্য ৩ বছর)। annual living allowance পাবেন বাংলাদেশি টাকায় ২০ লাখের উপরে।

Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI)

The selection and ranking of applicants within the University of Adelaide is undertaken by the Graduate Scholarships Committee, using the criteria of academic merit and research potential.

The ASI provides

• Course tuition fees for two years for a Masters degree by Research and three years for a Doctoral research degree (an extension is possible for doctoral programs only),
• An annual living allowance ($26,288 in 2016) for two years for a Masters degree by Research and three years for a Doctoral research degree (an extension is possible for doctoral programs only), and
• For Student Visa (Subclass 500) visa holders the award provides compulsory standard Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Worldcare policy for the student and their spouse and dependents (if any) for the standard duration of the student visa.  It does not cover the additional 6 month extended student visa period post thesis submission. If the award holder does not hold a subclass 500 visa then he/she is responsible for the cost of health insurance.

Conditions and Eligibility Criteria

• In order to be eligible applicants are required to have successfully completed at least the equivalent of an Australian First Class Honours degree (this is a four year degree with a major research project in the final year). All qualifying programs of study must be successfully completed.
• Scholarships will be awarded on academic merit and research potential. Extra-curricular achievements are not considered.
• International applicants must not hold a research qualification regarded by the University of Adelaide to be equivalent to an Australian Research Doctorate degree or, if undertaking a Research Masters degree, not hold a research qualification regarded by the University of Adelaide to be equivalent to or higher than an Australian Research Masters degree.
• International applicants who have not provided evidence of their meeting the minimum English language proficiency requirements for direct entry by the scholarship closing date, or who have completed a Pre-Enrolment English Program to meet the entry requirements for the intended program of study, are not eligible.
• Citizens and Permanent Residents of Australia, and citizens of New Zealand are ineligible.
• Those undertaking research via remote candidature are ineligible.
• Candidates are required to enrol in the University of Adelaide as 'international students' and must maintain 'international student' status for the duration of their enrolment in the University.
• Candidates who have applied for Australian permanent resident status can apply for ASI scholarships.
• International applicants are not eligible if they have already commenced the degree for which they are seeking an award, unless they can establish that they were unable to apply in the previous round.
• Scholarships holders must commence study at the University of Adelaide in the semester the scholarship is offered.
• Applicants who applied and were eligible for consideration in an international scholarship round, and were unsuccessful, will automatically be reconsidered in the following international scholarship round, assuming they hold a valid offer of candidature for that intake. An applicant who has been considered in 2 rounds cannot be reconsidered in any future scholarship rounds.
• The offer of a scholarship is contingent upon a student not being offered another award by the Commonwealth of Australia, the University of Adelaide, or an overseas sponsor. The University reserves the right to withdraw an offer of a scholarship at any time prior to enrolment if it is advised that an awardee has been offered a scholarship equal to or in excess of the financial value of the award offered by the University.

Generally applicants who succeed in winning an ASI scholarship have completed a Masters degree including a significant research component and have several publications and relevant work and research experience.

বায়তুল মোকাররমের ইতিহাস

বায়তুল মোকাররম বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় মসজিদ। মসজিদটি ঢাকায় অবস্থিত। এর স্থাপত্যশৈলী অত্যন্ত দৃষ্টিনন্দন। পাকিস্তানের বিশিষ্ট শিল্পপতি লতিফ বাওয়ানি ও তার ভাতিজা ইয়াহিয়া বাওয়ানির উদ্যোগে এই মসজিদ নির্মাণের পদক্ষেপ গৃহীত হয়।

ইতিহাস
আব্দুল লতিফ ইব্রাহিম বাওয়ানি প্রথম ঢাকাতে বিপুল ধারণক্ষমতাসহ একটি গ্র্যান্ড মসজিদ নির্মাণের পরিকল্পনার কথা প্রকাশ করেন। ১৯৫৯ সালে ‘বায়তুল মুকাররম মসজিদ সোসাইটি’ গঠনের মাধ্যমে এই পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নের উদ্যোগ নেয়া হয়। পুরান ঢাকা ও নতুন ঢাকার মিলনস্থলে মসজিদটির জন্য জায়গা অধিগ্রহণ করা হয়। স্থানটি নগরীর প্রধান বাণিজ্যকেন্দ্র থেকেও ছিল নিকটবর্তী। বিশিষ্ট স্থপতি টি. আব্দুল হুসেন থারিয়ানিকে মসজিদ কমপ্লেক্সটির নকশার জন্য নিযুক্ত করা হয়। পুরো কমপ্লেক্স নকশার মধ্যে দোকান, অফিস, লাইব্রেরি ও গাড়ি পার্কিংয়ের ব্যবস্থা অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়। পরবর্তীতে ১৯৬০ সালের ২৭ জানুয়ারি এই মসজিদের নির্মাণ কাজ শুরু হয়। এই মসজিদে একসঙ্গে ৪০ হাজার মুসল্লি নামাজ আদায় করতে পারেন। মসজিদের প্রধান কক্ষটি তিন দিকে বারান্দা দিয়ে ঘেরা। মিহরাবটি অর্ধ-বৃত্তাকারের পরিবর্তে আয়তাকার। আধুনিক স্থাপত্যে কম অলংকরণই একটি বৈশিষ্ট্য-যা এই মসজিদে লক্ষনীয়। এর অবয়ব অনেকটা পবিত্র কাবা শরিফের মতো হওয়ায় মুসলমানদের হৃদয়ে এই মসজিদটি আলাদা জায়গা করে নিয়েছে।

মসজিদের আয়তন বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদ নির্মাণের লক্ষ্যে ৮.৩০ একর জমি বরাদ্দ দেয় সরকার। মসজিদের আয়তন ৬০ হাজার বর্গফুট। বাইরে থেকে দেখলে বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদকে ‘কাবার’ মডেলের মতো মনে হবে। বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদটি প্রধানত ৮তলা। নীচতলায় বিপণী বিতান ও গুদামঘর, প্রথমতলা থেকে ষষ্ঠ তলা ভবন বা ইমারত। মেজেনাইন ফ্লোর বা ব্যালকুনি। এই হল আটতলা। কিন্তু সাধারণ ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে ৬ তলা। মুসল্লিরা যে জায়গা বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদের ব্যবহার করে থাকে, তা হলো পুরুষদের নামাজের জায়গা ১ম তলা ২৬,৫১৭ বর্গফুট। মেজেনাইন ফ্লোর ১,৮৪০ বর্গফুট। দ্বিতীয় তলার আয়তন ১০,৬৬০ বর্গফুট। তৃতীয় তলার আয়তন ১০,৭২৩ বর্গফুট। চতুর্থ তলার আয়তন ৭৩৭০ বর্গফুট, পঞ্চম তলার আয়তন ৬,৯২৫ বর্গফুট এবং ষষ্ঠ তলার আয়তন ৭৪৩৮ বর্গফুট। জুমআ-ঈদ উপলক্ষে নামাজ পড়া হয় বাড়তি ৩৯,৮৯৯ বর্গফুট। মহিলাদের নামাজের জায়গা ৬,৩৮২ বর্গফুট। পুরুষদের ওজুখানার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয় ৬,৪২৫ বর্গফুট। মহিলাদের ওজুখানার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয় ৮৮০ বর্গফুট। সব মিলিয়ে মুসল্লিরা বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদের ১ লাখ ২৫ হাজার ৬২ বর্গফুট এলাকা ব্যবহার করে। মসজিদের প্রবেশ পথটি রাস্তা হতে ৯৯ ফুট উঁচুতে।

নির্মাণ পরবর্তী বিভিন্ন দিক
১৯৬৩ সালে বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদের প্রথম পর্বের নির্মাণ কাজ শেষ হয়। ১৯৬৩ সালের ২৫ জানুয়ারি শুক্রবার বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদে প্রথম জুমআর নামাজ আদায় করা হয়। আর তারাবীহ নামাজও হয় ২৬ জানুয়ারি শনিবার ১৯৬৩ সালে।
বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদের প্রথম খতিব ছিলেন মাওলানা আবদুর রহামন বেখুদ (রহ:)। তিনি ১৯৬৩ সালে এই মসজিদের খতিব হন। এরপরে খতিব হন মাওলানা ক্বারী উসমান মাদানী (রহ:)। তিনি এ মসজিদের খতিব ছিলেন (১৯৬৩-১৯৬৪) মাত্র এক বছর। পরবর্তী খতিব ছিলেন মুফতী সাইয়েদ মুহাম্মদ আমীমুল ইহসান। তিনি ১৯৬৪-১৯৭৪ সাল পর্যন্ত দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। এরপর এ মসজিদের খতিব হন মুফতী মাওলানা মুইজ (রহ:)। তিনি দায়িত্ব পালন করেন ১৯৭৪-১৯৮৪ সাল পর্যন্ত। এরপরে বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদের দায়িত্ব পালন করেন খতিব মাওলানা উবায়দুল হক (রহ:)। তিনি ছিলেন দেশ বরেণ্য আলেম। তিনি খতিব হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন ১৯৮৪-২০০৯ সাল পর্যন্ত। তারপর ২৪ বছর যিনি এখানে ইমামের দায়িত্ব পালন করেছিলেন সেই মুফতি মাও: নুরুদ্দীন সাহেব এক বছর ভারপ্রাপ্ত খতিবের দায়িত্ব পালন করেছিলেন। বর্তমানে বায়তুল মোকাররম জাতীয় মসজিদের খতিবের দায়িত্বে রয়েছেন প্রফেসর মাওলানা মো:সালাহ্উদ্দিন। তিনি ৫ জানুয়ারি ২০০৯ সালে এ মসজিদের খতিব নিযুক্ত হন।

পরিচালনা পর্ষদ
বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদ গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের স্বায়ত্তশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠান ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনের সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন। সরকারি বেতন স্কেল, পদমর্যাদা, পদবিন্যাস ইত্যাদি মসজিদের খেদমতে নিয়োজিত কর্মচারীদের ক্ষেত্রেও সমান। বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদের বিভিন্ন পদে যারা নিয়োজিত আছেন তারা হলেন: খতিব ১ জন, ইমাম ৩ জন, মুয়াজ্জিন ২ জন, খাদেম ২০ জন, মাইক অপারেটর ১ জন, গার্ড ৫ জন।১৯৭৫ সালের ২৮ মার্চ থেকে ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ এই মসজিদের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করে আসছে। বিশ্বের বিখ্যাত মসজিদগুলোর একটি ঢাকা বায়তুল মোকাররম মসজিদ।

কোনো ব্যক্তি যদি---জনসাধারণের বা কোনো ব্যক্তির ক্ষতি করিবার উদ্দেশ্যে বা ক্ষতি হইবে মর্মে জ্ঞাত হওয়া সত্ত্বেও এমন কোনো কার্য করেন যাহার ফলে কোনো কম্পিউটার রিসোর্সের কোনো তথ্য বিনাশ, বাতিল বা পরিবর্তিত হয় বা উহার মূল্য বা উপযোগিতা হ্রাস পায় বা অন্য কোনোভাবে উহাকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করে কিংবা মালিক বা দখলকার না হইয়াও কোনো কম্পিউটার, সার্ভার, কম্পিউটার নেটওয়ার্ক বা অন্য কোনো ইলেক্ট্রনিক সিস্টেমে অবৈধভাবে প্রবেশ করার মাধ্যমে ইহার ক্ষতিসাধন করেন। তাহা হইলে এই কার্য হইবে হ্যাকিং অপরাধ।

কোনো ব্যক্তি এ হ্যাকিং অপরাধ করিলে তিনি তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন (সংশোধনী/২০১৩) অনুযায়ী ৫৬ ধারায় অপরাধ করিয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে।

উক্তরুপ অপরাধের জন্য উক্ত ব্যক্তি অনধিক ১৪(চৌদ্দ) এবং অন্যুন ০৭ (সাত) বছর কারাদন্ডে বা অনধিক ১,০০,০০,০০০/- (এক কোটি) টাকা অর্থদন্ডে বা উভয় দন্ডে দন্ডিত হইবেন।
